Solid was born from the marriage of Brand Strategy & Creative Direction, literally. We are a (happily) married couple in life and in business. Are we loco?? Si. How do we make it work?
Well we constantly challenge each other, we’re competitive, we debate EVERYTHING, we obsess over EVERYTHING and we push each other. Gav loves turning complicated problems into simple solutions.

As Executive Creative Director of Isobar Australia he led the 40+ creative team nationally to several industry Agency of the Year Awards. He has a wide range of category knowledge developed leading creative for many blue-chip Australian brands such as Holden, Jetstar, Medibank, ANZ, Dulux, JB Hi-Fi, David Jones, Priceline Pharmacy and Endota Spa.

Today he enjoys delivering big creative ideas, in a much smaller context.

Anika Heron

Strategy Director

Brand strategy is Anika’s passion.

She is a highly intuitive planner - astute at identifying the core problem at hand, and cutting to the truth of things. Having worked for some of Australia’s biggest agencies such as Y&R, she now particularly enjoys working with entrepreneurs and business owners to help get their idea off the ground and grow sustainably.
